We hired Michael to install 9" x 48" porcelain tile on to our ~400 sqft first floor of our condo. After a close inspection we discovered the concrete was very uneven since there was a 'bump' in the middle of the main room which caused cracks and about an inch+ difference between the highest point and the lowest point in the floor.
