Honest and professional!
We do not recommend Falcone due to the fact they do not have your best interest at heart. They did some joist repairs and moisture control work under our house and overcharged for the repairs. When we called and questioned their pricing after the repairs were completed we were told the time to question the pricing would have been before the repairs were done. It's hard to question something when you don't know what is going to be done.
They have nice employees and they try to get it do right away
You cannot go wrong by using Falcone for your work. My wife and I were new to the Charlotte area and chose Falcone to assist us with work on our century home that needed some structural work (support piers) and vapor barrier. From the start our experience was nothing but positive. The receptionist are always professional and friendly, our site person Ronnie W. was fantastic in learning our situation, explaining the work the needed to be done and getting it arranged.
