They will tell you everything you want to hear to close a deal. Once you sign papers he disappears. I have several serious concern and work not completed on my new customer home. He wont even give me the courtesy of a text message. Going on 2 months now with no communication. Not sure what to do but maybe spare you the frustration of what I’m going through. $700k for a house and no consideration to have promised work completed. Please don’t do business with this builder you will regret it
