We recently viewed 5 pet friendly buildings in the area. This was by far the cleanest, and safest feeling building. We can’t wait to move in.
I'm frustrated with this company's lack of care for its customers. The customer service team claims to have installed notices on tenants' doors without actually doing so, and they're more focused on making money than addressing rent issues. For example, they charge for insurance and seem to profit from it with the insurance company. Unacceptable service from a company that's supposed to be trustworthy. Becareful of the Rental Office. Read your lease carefully. In my opinion it had mislead or lied through omission, & I feel that Bait & Switch tactics were used on almost every aspect of living here; parking, pets, amenities & security have all been either switched out, failed to happen or straight up taken away. If you do book a viewing, the management makes a great show of things.
