It seems that most of the apartments available for rent are listed by ‘Real NY Properties.’ You won’t find more incompetent real estate agents, especially Marianne, who has no professional skills and only responds to emails one out of three times. We’ve had to push to set a date for a visit, which we still haven’t secured. As one of the recent reviewers pointed out, the front desk and the whole staff team are INCREDIBLE. However, it doesn't negate what a living hell this building is. 1. Elevators are constantly out of service (in a building with almost 30 floors), and 2. you have to deal with constant, UNBEARABLY loud construction noise that happens every single weekday lasting for months (with no sign of stopping any time soon). Very bad living experience. Don't recommend renting here given the constructions everyday!! Pros: the front desk and maintenance staff team is GREAT, very friendly and responsive to any request. BUT the management office and the realtors are not, when I rented, they didn't even mention to me a word there is an imminent and massive building-wide construction that will start immediately after my lease start date! Now everyday residents are suffering from construction noise hell! The noise is so loud, you can't even work from h... read more

My fiancé and I lived at Falcon Towers for 3 years and it was a great experience. The building is well maintained and conveniently close to Grand Central. Best of all, the building staff were absolutely amazing and always went above and beyond to make sure the building was safe and clean.
