Falcon storage staff are friendly and easy to work with. We have been more than happy with the facility. Hours are great as well, very accommodating.
We rented a storage unit from Falcon Storage for about a year and a half and the experience was great! The units are safe and secure and the people are very kind and easy to work with. The owners are very professional, polite, and accommodating. They are very approachable. The facility is fenced and secure. The location allows easy access without having to battle high speed traffic.
I have had a Falcon Storage Unit for many years (at least 20). It has been convenient and clean. I had to move to a larger size during a move and that worked out fine. I will be moving back to the area after a 2 year absence and I will continue to use a Falcon Storage Unit.
Falcon Storage has always been perfect for me. They plow in the winter and always keep the place accessible.
