This is a great place for storage. My brother had a 5th wheel camper and pickup stored there when he passed away. Living in a different state and trying to deal with so many different people in different states working with Jennifer and their automated system is a breeze. Receiving automated text messages was very helpful. If you leave a message she will return your call very quickly, you don't wait for days. Going in and out of the facility was never a problem for me either. Very easy to get through the security gate.

We've had a storage unit off and on with Falcon Storage for the past 10+ years and have been with them through a few ownership changes. The experience has always been great but the current owners are incredibly communicative and easy to get ahold of! If we need storage in the future, we will definitely be getting ahold of them!
