It seems like everytime I come something doesn’t work. I’ve tried calling the phone number that’s displayed but it goes straight to a voicemail that is full. Today I came to wash my car inside of the self serve Bay Area closest to the little office and the foam brush is empty I’m assuming because nothing came out. I paid for the monthly car wash package. I went to go use it today and the app wouldn't work to get my code. Thankfully I took a screenshot of my code. I went to use it and it says it isn't associated with any phone number. So I looked at my bank account and I was charged twice for the monthly pass. Once on June 22nd and again on June 24th. I paid the $11 to do a single car wash because I needed my car washed. I am not happy and when you call the number the mailbox is full.
