The same intermittent malfunction continues even after the unit was swapped out. I reached out to this company 3-4 weeks ago in regards to servicing the refrigeration they had installed at our commercial establishment. The lady I spoke to told me that the scheduler named Lisa (if I recall correctly) or someone else will get back to me the next day. I waited until the next day, no call back. I waited another day, nothing. I call back the third day, they said someone will get back to us within 72 hours or 3 days as they were figuring out the schedule. Caleb was amazing! Falcon came down to fix the air conditioning and heating at my job and Caleb was the worker sent to help. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. Great service and honest
Employees need to learn how to drive
Terrible experience as I talk to the operator to book an appointment to service our walking cooler and she got all the information and told me that the technician will be there on the next day first thing in the morning. Came next day around 8:00 AM and expecting the technician to show up at the address to service the cooler and waited until 12:45 pm but no tech came to the address.
