My thoughts on the initial visit were below, but I’m having to update this: Update: My PTAC heating issue is still not fully resolved after three visits from Falcon. The same intermittent malfunction continues even after the unit was swapped out. I reached out to this company 3-4 weeks ago in regards to servicing the refrigeration they had installed at our commercial establishment. The lady I spoke to told me that the scheduler named Lisa (if I recall correctly) or someone else will get back to me the next day. I waited until the next day, no call back. I waited another day, nothing. I call back the third day, they said someone will get back to us within 72 hours or 3 days as they were figuring out the schedule. Caleb was amazing! Falcon came down to fix the air conditioning and heating at my job and Caleb was the worker sent to help. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. Great service and honest
