Very disappointed with how the neighborhood pool management handled the situation today. I applied for our pool passes 5 days ago and was still denied entry because the passes were not ready yet. Residents should not be punished for delays caused by management or the HOA process. To make matters worse, the pool opened over an hour late, leaving several families waiting outside in the heat. Great Place to come swim and they have an amazing pool company named Aquatic Advisors. I met the wonderful guy Doug who made the time there worth it
Every time I try to swim here, it is closed because of a lack of guards. Good pool, but it needs to run properly.
