Avoid Falcon. Customer service is lacking. I called to tell them my propane tank went empty. They forced me into a smaller tank that doesn't have a gauge. How am I supposed to know when it's near empty? They didn't know either. So I called a few other vendors who provide their customers with tanks sized appropriately with gauges. Customer service didn't care I was without gas, told me I should have called and there was nothing he could do.
