Lived here for three years and would stay if I weren’t leaving town. Quiet little community in a great location with a very responsive office. Good quality apartments for the price.
I lived here from mid 2016 to mid 2017 and was by far the best apartment I lived in.. I tried two other places at College Station and they are not even comparable. I loved that the buildings are new and clean, the equipment in the kitchen and laundry room are of good quality, the finish of the apartment is nice, and the owner was really caring about providing excellent and timely maintenance services upon request. The living room had a huge window with a balcony which was really nice to have. Parking is excellent. And I love... read more
