we closed our house at Enclave at oak grove, little elm in 2022. We had multiple issues with the build from the very first, they promised to fix them with in the year and after multiple follow ups they promised to fix them all together at the end of warranty I.e close to the year end. When we tried to follow up with the year end inspection report they simply didn’t care and tried to bully us by saying they didn’t have anything in written and didn’t fix a single damn thing they promised.
