Love this pharmacy! Always answer the phone, very kind and flexible. Last time was running 10 minutes late (past closing) and employee was flexible and very kindly was willing to wait for me. My main pharmacy now!
I contacted the pharmacy to ask a few quick questions, but my experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was rude, did not take the time to listen to my concerns, and ended the call suddenly without providing any clarification. I found this behaviour highly unprofessional and discourteous. Please address this issue and kindly work towards improving the customer service.
