Anyone who has gone through a custody battle knows, a great attorney is worth their weight in gold. They are there to answer your questions, put your mind at ease, and fight for you. Years ago I battled through a custody case and retained Dan as my attorney. He was cold and uncaring towards me during one of the darkest and scariest times in my life. Not only did he allow opposing counsel to drain me of my of funds by pushing paper- but he did nothing when I was physically and verbally assaulted and stalked by my ex and his legal counsel. I paid an incredible amount of money only to be humiliated and in the end, lose everything.
