If I could give negative stars I would every time this worker (named daisy calls me she has the worst attitude as if she hates her job ) I requested a supervisor 1 week ago still no call out the blue she calls me today and says she was returning the call and stated I have non owners liability and I asked what was that she said either I want her to explain that and that if I wanted to speak to a supervisor it would have to be either or not both this is the kind of people you all hire ridiculous

I wonder why this company has 1.7 rating.. They do not cover the insured drivers.... I was hit and they are saying they are not going to cover it because the daughter was the one that hit me... that is nonsense. Please do not use these scam artist.
La peor de las compañías de Aseguranza que he tenido !!! El personal de la ! W Belfort Blvd, Houston, que horrible carácter de mujeres , solo llamo para hacer un pago que es una llamada de menos de 1 minutos y me han echo esperar 1 hora para decirme que me van a regresar la llamada que nunca lo hacen, muy decepcionada !! 😑
