If you get hit by someone with this insurance company they will not pay to fix your car and they will not call you back they said it could take up to 2 months to let your know if they are going to fix your car run from this company they need to be shut down
I wish I could have zero (negative stars)! The most horrible agent to support four families who got into a car accident with a person driving drunk. ED has not helped the families at all. She does not call to update or anything. This happened in October 2023, and we are now in March 2024 - and there is no RESOLUTION! We are still waiting. Understandable, however a phone call or a check in to ensure they are looking into it. Horrible company!
I wish I could give zero stars! Trash customer service, trash customers! I truly wish I would have gotten the woman's name who hit me, because I would have retrieved my money myself. She lied and they are lying with her. Gave me the run around for over a month just to tell me some bolderdash statement.. Update: Yes I knew you would reply and say that. I thoroughly investigated the site and yes you are falcon insurance agency not any type of aircraft agency!
