My wife and I used Pierce for 2 home inspections when we were looking to buy a house. The first house went so poorly we decided to not even counter offer and back out of the deal. Pierce did an amazingly thorough job on a home inspection for us today. He noticed some brown oily residue on the water heater and went the extra mile to look into it for us post inspection instead of just letting us know about it and figuring it out for ourselves.
