They do not pay contractors for work performed at their many locations. Beware, don't do any work for them

Only put one star because that is the minimum. I met the owner through an upper eschelon restaurant conference, where we spoke every year. When they asked us to provide services to one of their brands, I jumped in. Boy, was I in for a surprise. They never paid one single invoice, leaving us on the hook for over $40K in merchandise. Falcon paints a great picture of the owner and all his charity work in Pakistan but he is not an ethical business owner/leader and you should avoid working with Falcon Holdings at all costs.

They ran our family restaurant that had been in business for 30 years into the ground cutting quality of food and spending. They would not allow management to spend money to fix equipment. We had to buy heaters in the winter to heat the restaurant because they would not pay to fix the heat. Do not expect them to help anyone out. They will buy your business and close it down.

looks like comments also reflect what Hardees customers think. Hardees use to be our favorite by far, but now has priced itself out of business.
