Excellent response to maintenance issues. The facility is always quick to respond to any issue. Great place to reside. Office personnel great to work with.
This is the second time we have had to pretty much beg to get something fixed. Last week we called because the dryer had a burning smell. My wife was home when maintenance arrived, he admitted that he could smell the burning scent as well. He spent less than 20 minutes at the residence, I know this because of our security cameras. Our time here at Falcon Glen has been nothing but amazing! Sarah’s leadership here as the Property Manager is always amazing and on top of everything and it never goes unnoticed! We’re always treated with respect and always get notified when something is occurring in the community.
