We didn't have any issues with the neighbors, but the way that management didn't want to fix everything the proper way that the maintenance tried to in our trailer is what made us leave. We dealt with mold, not proper locks on our front and back doors, ceiling collapsed in the master bedroom that took 3 months to fix. They didn't fix the water damage in the ceiling correctly. Wish would have took care of everything cuz we would have stayed

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star ⭐️ if the option was available. This place is a joke! We have been here 8 months and have gone through several office people. They only have the office open to collect rent and then you’ll barely see them there again until rent needs to be collected for the next month. Maintenance is non existent here unless they have to do their quarterly inspections. Big Yes corporation that owns it. People I know who live or have lived there are being charged $650 per month for rent of lot only. Goes up $50 approx every 6 months. Sad Taking advantage of people. The same company owns Lakewood estates Davenport. Manager was buying trailers, then selling at higher cost to new buyer. Conflict of interest, saying it was the company buying it

Well, I still live here but I'm leaving come April 1 @ the end of my 1 year lease. It's to bad, cause I like my trailer and don't really want to move. It's crazy how they chase perfectly good renters out, but are always looking for tennants. I'm leaving because they still haven't provided me with what was suppose to be covered by the first lease.
