friendly and helpful front office. location was only viewed remotely so was not aware of the limited parking for these 2 particular apt buildings. despite the parking, was great! love the location, the birds are so precious, pet friendly, great balcony space, maintenance was prompt. I would def recommend this complex.
I came to view the property, the lady in the office was rude and not helpful. The tone of her voice was demeaning. She told me that she was very busy, yet there wasn't anyone there. This was the second time that I tried to view this property but they refused to show me. She seemed lazy and not welcoming at all. Horrible customer service. I went back a third time because the location was good. The management wasn't rude that time but they weren't friendly.
