The initial scope of work was to remove a load bearing wall between the kitchen and living room, and everything else that this involves. We soon expanded the project to include replacing the flooring, removing the popcorn ceiling, and completing few other upgrades throughout the house because we felt we could trust them. Falcon contracting recently completed my retaining wall and stair renovation. The quote was fair but unfortunately due to unforseen boulders that required 2 additional days of work, some additional costs were accrued. Overall I'm happy with both the retaining wall and stairs. Shaheen was very upfront about his costs and kept the promises he made throughout the project. Anything damaged during the reno was fixed including the grass.
