My experience with this company was not a good one. When Joe finished my floors, they looked like I took a mop over them. They looked dull, no shine. I asked Joe did they use buffets. His reply only if there is wax on the floors. My grout looks like it was spot cleaned. I was asked how long I had been in the house. 23 yrs. Joe said that was a long time. Spoke with Mgr he used that excuse also. I have only had tile down for ten years. Light traffic..BEWARE!!

Terrific service! Easy communication. We simply left our carpet on the front porch for pick-up. We hadn't had our rug cleaned in years and it looked amazing upon return! Every stain was gone, even the ones left behind by our cats. Carpet looks good as new! We will definitely be using Falcon for all future cleanings.
