My wife and I were heading from Mankato to Camp Ripley when our vehicle broke down on 10W at around 2p on a Saturday afternoon. We were able to get our vehicle towed to Falcon Auto and they dropped everything they were doing in order to figure out the problem. They quickly discovered it was the alternator, found a refurbished one for our make and model and replaced it on the spot. We drove 2 hours to come buy his 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid & he told us everything would be prepared and ready to be signed when we got there. He also told us the title was CLEAN. He spent an hour trying to find the title, even went back to his house to get it and brought us back the title just for it to be SALVAGED. He is a very unprofessional businessman and would NOT recommend this place to anyone. If you’re considering buying a car from here, please reconsider.

We bought a van and the guy lied about it. He said it was checked out but found out the handicap lift didn't work. We are still waiting for him to order the parts so we can use the van. Never finished working on our other truck.
