I wish I could leave the same review as others. Hiring Katrin Falco was one of the most frustrating decisions I’ve made and was a waste of time and money. She consistently failed to follow through on promises and rarely communicated in a timely manner. Important documents and communications were delayed for weeks, and I often had to chase her down for updates—sometimes requiring multiple follow-up emails over a 2–3 week period just to receive a response.
