I have a friend that used to work at the Decatur location and the place sounds horrific and sad. Management is a joke & medications that don't match on documents and computers are still given to clients. This place needs to be gutted out for better management and employees.
This place is a joke. My mom worked at the Allegan location and said the employees give patients the wrong meds that put them in the hospital, the employees get high on the property while they're supposed to be taking care of the clients and don't get in trouble, yet my mom voices how badly the clients are being treated and gets fired and they denied her unemployment.
The employees make fun of the clients. They don't care if the clients leave and hitch hike to places. They keep medications out and med room door unlock. The employees gossip about other employees and if you quit good luck getting your last check. The place is a joke.
