They keep requesting the money that the insurance has reduced from their charge, even I have paid my responsibility according to my insurance, and sent the insurance's explanation of benefit and my payment record to them. When I call them, they did not listen and do not even provide any constructive approach. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen.
Tuve que usar los servicios de esta compañía basura en el 2021 y en el 2025 me mandaron a colección y según ellos no me podían cobrar porque después de 2 años legalmente no te pueden cobrar son unos rateros
