The staff was extremely friendly and respectful. Service was fast and efficient. I highly recommend them and I will be returning for any of my auto needs.
Terrible they don't know what there doing. Can't figure how they are in the repair business. would not recommend bringing your vehicle to them.
I was recommended to Falbo's by a family member and I couldn't be happier from the very first call! I spoke to Kol and explained to him what was going on with my 2004 Jetta. He explained in detail what should be done and the cost in order to diagnosis what the issues were. Kol was completely honest through the whole process and was very accomadating! poor workmanship and trying to sell unneeded repairs. When there cause a leaking brake line. They left the old damage brake line mounted to firewall and just clipped it from the master cylinder and at wheel mater cylinder. Routed new brake line laying on exhaust manifold, right over engine with no clamping just dangling in place. cost $350 dollars and tried to sell new rotors and pads that where not needed. New owner lousy service waited for hours on 2 occassions within 5days but still not seen...days for a repair...finally had my car towed out best thing I did had to get a rental for 5days because of their lack of honoring my appointment Reality job was done in 30 minutes at Infiniti in West Haven.Done!!! Did anyone ever tell the new owners that it is good business to honor your appointments.. His response sorry I couldn't helo you but I was backed up.
