Took care of my extremely expensive rug and restored its greatness.
I don't often leave reviews but I just had to this time. Our four oriental rugs were 10+ years old and desperately needed a good cleaning. The scheduling experience was very easy - phone call to the shop and an appointment was made that fit my schedule. The crew showed up at my home explaining the cleaning process and packed up our rugs with great care. When they returned a few weeks later, I was amazed...they looked like the rugs I fell in love with all those years ago.
Our experience with Falasiri Oriental Rugs has been VERY POSITIVE. We found a WIDE SELECTION of styles, colors, and sizes for every room in the house. The owner definitely listened to what we were looking for and very patiently showed us many, many rugs. Shown pictures of our living and diningroom spaces led him to narrow down our search for sure.
