NEVER going back. Brought my car in because I couldn't get a stripped drain plug out to do my oil change. I provided the oil and filter I was going to use myself, so I wasn't going expecting to pay much at all. When I pick up my car, Carl hands me a bill for $66! Considering when I had gotten a full oil change 2 years earlier from them for $45 (including the oil and filter of course) I was shocked at this amount. I reminded him that I provided the materials. My fiance and I went for our cargo inspections. They were fast and friendly as their name suggests.
I had a very bad experience with these people and unfortunately I live nearby. They kept my vehicle from December 15 2024 until January 18 2025 to replace a broken heater core hose. In addition, they replaced other parts such as the thermostat and water pump without my authorization and asked me to pay almost $1,900 dollars for after market parts and labor. A mechanic named Rich, who works at this facility, is very dishonest, when it comes to performing work on your vehicle, he was putting liquid inside engine oil, while performing that maintenance on my car, I found out afterwards, that is very bad for the engine & performance of the vehicle, & will eventually cause other unnecessary problems, down the road, sorry to say, he doesn't care about customers & their vehicles. Stay away & find yourself a very good, knowledge, honest & reasonable mechanic.
