I had bad experience by making an appointment and rescheduling they're so Rude.
I am an Orthopedic Surgeon and I choose this physician as my own doctor because of her care and dedication. She is excellent, and what she does. She is caring and dedicated to her practice and to her patients.
I was very impressed with Dr Lamar Troutman, the nurses and staff. I had almost no wait and my list of medications was thoroughly revised. The nurse called me at home afterwards to make sure everything was current and cleared out what no longer applied. Dr Lamar Troutman was very friendly and attentive and explained everything very well even what ingredients to look for in my supplements and how that could make a difference with my prescription meds. I definitely recommend her and the facility at League City Parkway.
Dismissed me and wanted me to do things her way as if I didn’t have a choice. Got a second opinion because her diagnosis seemed like something she threw around and didn’t take the time to honestly hear me out.
Waste of time and money. If you want steroids to help when you’re sick, achy, coughing, have a sore throat, hurts to swallow, burning eyes, sore neck and fatigue, then this is the doctor for you. Forget about antibiotics and plan on wearing a mask at all times. Will not be returning. I would have rather spent two hours at home in bed rather than see a doctor for no reason.
