Very attentive and listen to patient concerns and gives great feedback on how to improve or how to manage the problem.
Follow up for my ergent care for high BP
I felt very uncomfortable. I will Not be back. I needed a medical clearance and was questioned for drug use, and a urine test was not enough proof. This provider wanted a blood test and for me to pay out of pocket. Also, I am already in the system and my perfect health and recent prescriptions (which are none) were all able to be found in the chart from previous visits with other providers.
Haven't been to the office in awhile and the upgrades are wonderful. You walk in, log in and wait. Then, you get a text message alerting you that you are next. Just love it! However, the reason I go to Methodist Webster, is because of Dr. Falanda Troutman. She comes in with the best personality. She studies your chart, she spends time with you instead of rushing like you are a number. She had answers to all the questions I had and more. She logs everything for me to remember later.
