I rarely leave reviews but I am so pleased with this company!! They are friendly, prompt and above all...honest! I wholeheartedly recommend them and I will never call anyone else for my heating or cooling needs.

Had an old water heater that started to leak. Steve and his crew came to replace it and we couldn't be happier. They were there on time, replaced the issue, and left without leaving a trace. Fair priced, honest, and did a great job. 10/10!
Our 30 year old furnace was operating intermittently. Not good when winter is coming. We called Falana HVAC and Joe came by and diagnosed a bad control board. He was back later that afternoon with a new board and installed it without a hitch. Work was done timely, for a reasonable price, and the whole Falana team was a pleasure to work with. Thanks!
