Thier food tasty specialy the chicken shewarna & fries box ... but found it difficult ordering ... customer service not as helpful they would confuse you more if you are not sure what to get...
I order often from falafel Inc but something was off today… and by off I mean I found a WHOLE STAPLE IN MY SALAD BOWL. :( I’m really disappointed. I called customer feedback line but got stuck in the AI customer service loop and nobody responded.
