So glad I found this company! They were super responsive, professional, and honest from the start. The technician showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. My AC was up and running way faster than I expected, and the price was totally fair. Definitely keeping their number saved for any future heating or cooling issues—highly recommend!

The Tech who originally serviced did a great job, he was very helpful and informed me of when the Unit that was originally installed by Falken back in 2011 with the original homeowner that zero filters were placed in the unit and its need to be addressed ASAP. Now its been over a month and half, I am still trying to get someone to my house to place filters in which should of been originally installed and the customer service team is rude, not helpful and complains and airs out there dirty laundry to the customer on how overw... read more

My Central A/C was not working on the hottest day of the year so far. I called FAL-KEN figuring they wouldn't be able to come for weeks, but to my [and my family's joy] they were able to come later in the day. The technician, Dave, called me on his way. When he arrived, he got right to work analyzing my system. Within minutes he determined the problem and corrected it. He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable.
