I was really impressed with my experience at FaktorDMD Dental Office. Before going there, I went to a few consultations with other dentists, but I wasn't satisfied with the service. As soon as I met Dr. Faktor, I felt extremely comfortable, and I could tell he genuinely cared about me as a patient. Both the Dr. and staff have really good energy. Dr. Faktor has been my dentist for 9 years. I actually love to come to his office. He and his staff are great and their work is fantastic. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Faktor is the very best dentist I have ever been to. I only wish that I knew him years ago. He is truly a gentle dentist. I didn't know that existed. He is also extremely knowledgeable. His staff is lovely as well. I can honestly say that I had a great appointment!
I've been a patient of Dr. Faktor's since 2012 (that should say something) and I've had consistently good experiences with his practice. He's knowledgeable and professional in his work, but he also always takes time to chat and catch up with me about life in general. The staff is friendly and helpful and in my experience has always communicated well with me regarding things like insurance questions or appointments. Would definitely recommend Dr. Faktor to anyone looking for a new dentist.
Dr. Derek Faktor is the very best of the best! He has helped me with my veneers and he and his staff are a joy. They are so wonderful and caring. Dr. Derek is so skilled and so amazing and gifted that going to the dentist … which can be so stressful… is a great stress free experience with perfect results.
