I've had to contact Fakro customer service a few times for intricate details related to integrating their products into home automation systems. Even though I purchased my skylights years ago, they've always been incredibly helpful. Fast to respond with clear directions. Impressive customer service and a high quality product I've been happy with for years.

I had a part wear out after years of use. I contacted them with my issue, Brian, the Customer Relations Manager was friendly, responsive, and solved my issue in a few short emails by mailing me a new part no questions asked. I’m very satisfied with this company as the service is as good as their ladder. You can stand on it haha Thank you again

I called Fakro in order to seek advice on buying one of their ladder kits because of my short ceiling height. Unfortunately, they do not sell a product that is suitable for my ceiling height, could not recommend a remedy, and were unable to provide information for a attic ladder kit from another provider which could be used for my project.
