I called this doctor’s office and asked if my referral had been received 2 times. Donna looked for the referral and said ask your doctor to fax the referral again because she said their fax machine was “acting up”. I followed her directive. My doctor faxed the referral over again. I called again the following Monday and was told the doctor is not accepting new patients. Why would Donna not have told me this last week?
