Zero Stars if I could. To start, the professionalism was non existent. Salon was unkept. Two kids were running around. Lady doing my hair had to stop service more than once to take care of them. Lots of yelling. She finally finished service. I Paid through Zelle. Zelle payment was pending (salon has horrible service) so they assumed I didn’t want to pay. This is the best salon I've been to amazing people and they are also very friendly and they are also very good and experienced and good at their job and especially their amazing language that they speak they also pay a very reasonable price for the braids I've also been going there for more than 7 years.

I had an interesting experience here. First of all, I got there at my scheduled time and they were not ready for me. I had to wait about 30-40 mins before the started on my hair. Secondly, it was really nasty in there, it smelled and it looked like they never clean the place. Third, midway of doing my hair she has to leave, her sister continues on with my hair but she called and asked if I could leave to pick her and her son up.
