Mi mamá fue hacerse un estudio de MRI y estaba muy satisfecha con el servicio que le ofreció el personal. Me contó que solo le pusieron los tapones en el oído que se le salieron durante el estudio y que no podía colocárselos porque no se podía mover. El sonido de MRI es muy fuerte e incómodo por lo que se recomienda usar los tapones de oído en conjunto con los AUDÍFONOS DE REDUCCIÓN DE SONIDO que son compatibles con el MRI. Let's start by saying the tech who did my xrays was lovely. When I was leaving, they told me it takes 2 or 3 days to get xrays back. 3 weeks later I still had not gotten a call so I went in there and they said they were not ready yet and wouldn't explain why. They then told me to call back the next day. I have been in horrendous pain and can't do anything until I get those xrays back. I do NOT recommend this imaging center.

Excellent service, fast and efficient. I’ve been there twice and both times I was done with everything in less than hour. Thank you.
Was unable to have a renal sonogram done at this place having to leave because my bladder could not hold any more. My appointment was for 9:30 a.m. and at 11:30 a.m. I was still waiting to be taken care of. I decided to leave from the frustration I was experiencing. Will never visit this facility again.
