I have been seeing Dr.Faiz for three wasted years, and I have never felt any compassion whatsoever. She's very hard to understand. Talks very fast. She sits and looks at her computer and makes no eye contact with me, very little. She accuses me of things I never say or do! She does not listen to me. I would not recommend this doctor at all! When I try to ask her a question, she just keeps right on talking over me! She will not listen! She is the rudest doctor I have ever known! Very unfortunate.......
My experience with Dr. Faiz and the office staff had not been great. I was referred initially due to restrictions in receiving insulin pump supplies, which I thought they had resolved. Inevitably, I had to straighten it out between my insurance company and supplier. I asked for guidance in managing my bs better, received none. A typical office visit was sitting in the waiting room for ridiculous amounts of time while it was empty. I just moved to Lancaster and saw Dr. Faiz for the first time today. I am beyond impressed with the time she and her (nurse - I think her name is Muir?) took with me - getting all the info they needed. Finding a new endocrinologist can feel daunting but they won me over and I’m grateful to have hit the jackpot on the first try.
Dr. Saba Faiz is a great person. She is very educated and has been a great guide to helping me with my type 2 diabetes. She takes the time needed to make you feel comfortable and that you understand your next steps and goals. I’ve come a long way in a short amount of time with her help. I also appreciate her help in keeping your costs down on your diabetes medication.
