Needed some work on my F150. Called local dealers. One never returned my call (Chandler). Another told me to bring my truck in and he would get to it when he could “in the next few days sometime” (Gilbert). I asked if I could just come in when he had time since the issue was not an emergency and he said that isn’t how they operate.
