My experience was good. Service was fast but they seem to have taken care of my 5000 mile service. I just wish they had washed my truck after the service.
Service advisor took my info as soon as I arrived. The wait time for oil change and check fluids and so on was approximately an hour which is about normal. My only complaint is that my light colored leather driver seat had grease and dirt on it when I got in car to leave. This is quite concerning as this was the second time this has happened. The technician who drove the car used nothing to protect the seat.
