Bryce helped me and my husband trade in my 2019 Toyota Highlander for a new 2025 Toyota Highlander. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when assisting us in looking for the right vehicle for me and after we picked one, he got right to business and made the whole process as quick and painless as possible. My wife and I went in to trade in our cars to lease a new Toyota Camry. Our salesperson was Maurice and he was super helpful. He got us one with all the specs we wanted that was still in our price range. 10/10 would recommend Maurice.
Went in last night to trade in my jeep cherokee at 4:15 and was in a 2023 ford bronco sport by 5:30 and on my way home with it by 6:15! Bryce put in the effort to get me in what i wanted and at a fair price!
I am unsure why they dont like to respond to emails of mind but will at first to get my business. After a significant transaction, I have not received the Ford rewards I believe I am entitled to, especially considering my expenditure. Neither the sales advisor nor the general manager has responded to my inquiries, yet I continue to receive correspondence regarding their interest in my truck. I always like ford but guess time for a change. Don't come to this dealership
