Not a pleasant experience. Their administration processing title paperwork, etc., unprofessional. And, they want to blame everyone else. NO APOLOGIES!
I've just leased a 2025 Toyota Tacoma from Faith's Ford in Westminster, Vt. I have to say that it was actually a very enjoyable experience. Sales Rep. Maurice Pushee and Finance manager Colby Bonette were both welcoming and helpful. I have never leased before and I had planned on trying to find a used vehicle, but they made it easy for me to lease a new vehicle that I'm very pleased with. (And they gave me more than a fair trade-in for my 2008 Tacoma !) I would recommend Faith's to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle. ... read more

The salesman was great -- communicative & diligent with absolutely everything. But his manager - eh, not so great. Communication was very delayed the moment I handed over the cash (the wire) and the subsequent paperwork was incorrect/incomplete/delayed I had to call him multiple times for them to fix (it was a super easy issue to fix).
