Asked for a move in clean, inside kitchen cabinets and drawers were still covered in crumbs, told them the owners and put the fridge in the garage and asked them to clean that since I would be moving back into the house when I got into the state and they didn't touch it. Our toilet bowls were still yellow. The carpets came out nice but that is the only compliment I can give this company. Faithfully Maid did a great job on my move out clean! They were very professional and would recommend their service!
I booked a virtual appointment for a residential basic cleaning quote with Billy and no one ever called me when the day and time came. I ended up having to call them to get a quote and schedule the appointment. When the day and time came for them to come out, no one ever showed, emailed called or text me. Would definitely not recommend.
They did a great job cleaning my carpets last year so I had them deep clean the home I was moving in to this year. Very happy with their work. Would definitely recommend!
