Unfortunately, they started off good and the service quickly deteriorated. Now they won't even answer their calls. My lawn has grown to over 12" high. Their guys hit my patio and knocked over a Lemon tree. They did nothing to fix it. They trimmed my hedges once in all the time they serviced my account. Just letting you know what I am going thru. I absolutely recommend this company. They were very quick to respond an excellent job.
BEWARE! This company did satisfactory work for me for several years but then on 08/31/2023 they ripped me off for $1680. Repeated attempts to contact the owner have been totally ignored. Legal action to be initiated.
Regardless of how well Leroy wants to lecture you on how well he pays his employees and what’s expected out of them, quality service is not there. His team routinely misses entire buildings in our community. Basic services like edging, trimming, and blowing are often an afterthought. We have reached out on behalf of our HOA directly to Leroy and nothing has changed. I would not recommend his services for a community, maybe the quality is better on smaller residential accounts.
I really am happy in regards to the service ,I have been receiving from (faithful works lawn care ).I have seen a lot of bad service in the past from other companies ,Which kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. Faith Works Lawn Care changed the way I look at lawn care providers.They are very professional when dealing with customers, and I would just like to thank them for their great service.
