Great communications, workmanship, and scheduling. We had an oven stop working and Faithful RV came right out diagnosed the issue, provided documentation to warranty company, and received parts and got oven working in a timely manner.

We had an electrical issue that we could not figure out. Justin showed up and within an hour had the issue figured out and making the repairs. Great communication and great service. They are my new go to pace for RV service. Thank you again!!

I experienced a slide-out failure on a Sunday—the very day I was supposed to hit the road for my next adventure. I called Faithful RV for their five-star rating, and even though they were fully booked, they did everything they could to help. They promptly referred me to a trusted local mobile repair tech. I can't say enough good things about Faithful RV! Justin was able to complete all of the repairs I needed very quickly and I am confident that he did a thorough, professional job. They were very helpful in scheduling the time to come out, came to my storage facility, and were friendly and courteous the entire time. I will definitely be using them again!
