Great communication from the very beginning, Justin was able to come out right away, and got my furnace fixed very quickly! Very knowledgeable, and even stayed around after he fixed it to make sure it was working properly! Can’t thank them enough!
So very thankful of Justin's time and work. Had an electrical issue between a few pieces of newly replaced equipment (A/C w/thermostat, Tankless Water Heater) I couldn't figure out - called them, set a time, and Justin came out and got me back online. Very professional, polite, and easy to work with. Highly recommend them.
We have a real shortage of techs in our area. Contacted Justin & Hilary, was a bit of a drive but he agreed to come out. He and his wife were very pleasant to deal with and he’s a very knowledgeable technician. Very much appreciate his help they’re now on speed dial.
On this 2nd visit, I had Justin replace my OEM RV furnace that had been ruined by mud dauber wasps during a summer trip. Because he’d recently worked on the old furnace to see if it could be saved, he did not charge me labor to install the new furnace. He also helped me get the awning operational again and installed a vent fan in the exterior fridge area. Great pricing + quality workmanship. Plus, he arrives when he says he will and cleans up after the repairs.
We can not say enough good about this company. They were literally a answered prayer. Went out of their way to come out late and help us get out power working again. We are new to the camper life and he was kind enough to walk though everything with us as well. Very knowledgeable. We will give all our future business to them because they are honest and very good people. What more could you look for when choosing who to use for your RV repairs? God will bless this family!
