If you need service on your RV in the Kansas City area, Justin (Faithful RV) should be your only call. We were experiencing power issues in a cold snap and reached out to Justin. He responded quickly and set up an appointment to see us same-day. He expertly diagnosed our issue, ordered parts, and was able to get us installed and back to normal within hours. A huge shout out to Faithful RV. Justin squeezed in a service call at the end of the day and was able to diagnose and fix the issue in a little over an hour. We are back up and running. Above and beyond service, reasonable pricing. Will be my first call for anything in the future. Thanks for the great service!! Edit: Once more the wonderful folks at Faithful RV came through in a pinch and assisted with a water leak. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and well priced. Keep up the great work folks! Solved electric tongue hitch issue in 25 minutes. Honest, friendly, my goto rv repair for everything now. Thank you for getting us on the road. Appreciate the awesome service. Knowledgeable, prompt , affordable! Found a keeper here.

Our electric slide stopped working and we were scheduled to leave for camping trip the next day. Justin came out with little notice and found the problem - pack rat. He made the repair and we were able to leave as planned. Excellent service!!!!
