We had a slide that would not go in. Justin worked us in to his day, helping us to get it so we can get back on the road. Very personable and would highly recommend him if you are needing repairs.

Justin arrived right at the time he said he would. He was able to track down our electrical problem, and had the parts to fix it right away and save our Memorial Day weekend camping trip. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their RV.
Had a fresh water leak under trailer. I couldn’t locate the source of the leak. I was traveling through Kansas City, MO on a 3 month RV trip. Justin rearranged his schedule and came out the next day. Diagnosed the leaks location with a camera, fixed the leak and tested the system to be sure the connection was good. He resealed the enclosed bottom of the trailer I had opened up. Justin was very professional and I would highly recommend Justin if you need TV service in the Kansas City area .
How can a problem with your RV be positive, especially while travelling? Well, if you are in the Metro Kansas City area and fortunate enough to call Faithful RV, you are assured a great outcome and experience that will put a smile on your face. One of the heat pumps in our rig has had an intermittent issue, as in, it worked when it darn well felt like it - which wasn't often.
