I have been so impressed since starting bringing my dog to Faithful Friends Vet- not only is Dr. Dietlin amazing but all the techs and front office staff are as well! Since then both my daughter and I have brought in rescue cats of ours that were a bit difficult cases and we and our pets were treated with compassion and skill. Along with being provided education, options and empathy.
My first visit was unfortunately when my 15 year old cat had a massive stroke. The staff could not have been more kind, caring, and gentle with my sweet baby as we said goodbye. I have never had so many strangers surround me with love at first meeting. Amazing staff to entrust your babies to.
Very caring. Kind staff. This is our new vet for sure. UPDATE November 21. Annual shots and check up. They are absolutely amazing. We feel so fortunate that we found this veterinarian practice! Dr. D and staff are wonderful! From the front desk all the way through to every tech... kind and caring
My experience was not good. I brought in a perfectly healthy Four-year-old Doberman to be spayed and week later She's sitting in a box on my table. Nobody can explain to me why she died 4 days after surgery, but $4,000. later one of my best friends is gone.
