Absolutely wonderful. The vet techs and Dr. Dietlin treat my cat roxanne so well. They explain everything to me with perfect clarity and give excellent instructions. I feel completely comfortable with the care they give my pet. 10/10. They will treat your fur baby as if it was their very own.
The Staff is incredible. We have been to several Vets over the years and Faithful Friends is by far the best. Even when we had to say goodbye to one of our pups, they made the experience special.
My Golden Retriever wasn’t feeling good for a few days, she doesn’t have a regular vet and I was having a hard time finding her appointment. I called Faithful Friends and at first they mentioned they were booked for the day. (I called on a friday) but then asked what’s going on. I informed them and they made an appointment for her same day. They were super friendly, super helpful and you could see how much they cared. Cannot say enough good things about this vet and every person there. They truly care about you and your pet. The facility is so clean and well-kept and the appointments are quick and to the point. The team is friendly, kind, and professional. Dr. Dietlin is so genuine and amazing at what she does. I’ve been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. They really go above and beyond. 100/10 recommend!
