The doctors are great, just beware of "cancellation charges". We called in the morning to see when could we bring our dog, they told us, sure bring him at 3:20 pm. Since it was a "last minute appointment" I was trying to make it work (our dog needed it) but around noon I found out that I was not gonna be able to make it, so I called them to cancel. Where do I start. My dog was given Librela (arthritis) and then I had to take her to an emergency hospital due to side effects from Librela. I asked Dr Fox to look into the possibility that the side effects were from Librela. Impossible, you can't believe everything on the internet. They did nothing to help her. She died a few weeks later. The FDA sent a warning letter to all the vets about this monthly arthritis shot and Dr Fox was very defensive and again denied that the side effects were from Librela.
