Worst experience ever 😪 Two receptionists were sitting at the desk watching me and my 10 y o kid holding a sick puppy 🐶 being 10 minutes late for our emergency appointment and not opening the door. I was told when I called to reschedule my appointment they will return my money to my credit card and they don't want me or my dog in their office since I don't understand that I had to call by phone to be let in. I still don't believe I experienced that with my child being a witness....
