I want to publicly thank Faithful Companion for their kind and compassionate support with the loss of my sweet Nala. Austen was the first person I was in contact with and couldn’t have been more patient and helpful. David was the driver who picked up and returned my baby. They came highly recommended by a friend and now I know why. My dog is a senior and going to pass soon so I called to ask questions cus I want to be prepared for when the day comes. I spoke to Ferris he was so sweet and knowledgable and made me feel comfortable trusting faithful companion with my baby someday soon.
Our 11 year old Shepherd, Jack, passed away at home yesterday morning. A neighbor had given me a Faithful Companion Pamphlet. I called them and they were so very kind and caring about Jack. They gave us a time to come and pick him up and said they would try to come earlier, which they did! The driver was also very caring. We were given the opportunity to come outside, after he was loaded, to say good bye. 😢
Faithful Companion did a communal burial for both my kitties that I have lost over the past year. They did BEAUTIFUL paw prints for both my babies and now and I am so happy our vet works with this company. They returned the paw prints quickly each time. I wish I could upload a picture. Thanks so much you guys!
