We had our dog pass away early yesterday morning. From the first call answered by Shirley to the delivery of Radar’s ashes today by Reggie, I cannot say enough. They were beyond kind, compassionate, respectful, and dignified. I would recommend this pet cremation service to anyone. We received his ashes, a paw print with a stand to put it on and the beautiful box with his name on top. Truly a company with a lot of love for pets and their parents.
They went above and beyond! Their services are invaluable. Truly happy with my experience. Worth every scent. So quick too, efficient and kind.
I want to publicly thank Faithful Companion for their kind and compassionate support with the loss of my sweet Nala. Austen was the first person I was in contact with and couldn’t have been more patient and helpful. David was the driver who picked up and returned my baby. They came highly recommended by a friend and now I know why. My dog is a senior and going to pass soon so I called to ask questions cus I want to be prepared for when the day comes. I spoke to Ferris he was so sweet and knowledgable and made me feel comfortable trusting faithful companion with my baby someday soon.
Our 11 year old Shepherd, Jack, passed away at home yesterday morning. A neighbor had given me a Faithful Companion Pamphlet. I called them and they were so very kind and caring about Jack. They gave us a time to come and pick him up and said they would try to come earlier, which they did! The driver was also very caring. We were given the opportunity to come outside, after he was loaded, to say good bye. 😢
