We sincerely appreciated Faithful Companion's quality service and the return of our beloved dog's ashes to our veterinarian. Our cremation service was ordered via Lap of Love. When the ashes were ready, the FC staff left us a message to let us know & referred to our dog lovingly by name, which was comforting. I used Faithful Companion for cremation services for my pet Pomeranian when she passed unexpectedly on Labor Day this year. I called several places that day and they were closed due to the holiday. When I called Faithful Companion, thankfully they were open. I found them to be very friendly, supportive and empathetic of what I was going through with this sudden loss. Reggie was so helpful and kind after the passing of our beloved Abby. Would highly recommend their services but hope we won't need them for a long time.
